IPFly provides geolocation data and threat intelligence services through our API, including but not limited to:

• IP address geolocation data
• Threat intelligence and security scoring
• Proxy and VPN detection
• Carrier and organization information
• Timezone and location data

2.2 API Usage

Your use of our API is subject to the following conditions:

• You must use a valid API token for all requests
• You agree to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan
• You may not attempt to circumvent our security measures

3. Account Registration

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

Our free tier provides limited access to basic geolocation data with daily request limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide enhanced features and higher request limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for the selected subscription tier
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring payments

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase. Payment refund terms usually is 3-7 business days, depending on the bank and refund method. A refund request must be made within 14 days from the date of the transaction. After this period, refunds may not be available. Please note that refunds may not apply to partially promotional plans, or accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Harassment, stalking, or tracking individuals without consent
• Fraudulent or malicious activities
• Spamming or unsolicited communications

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our geolocation data. You acknowledge that IP geolocation is an approximation and may not always reflect the actual physical location.

6.3 Usage Limitations

Our services should not be used for:

• Emergency services or life-critical applications
• Legal evidence or court proceedings
• Determining precise physical locations for delivery or services
• Any application where inaccurate data could cause significant harm

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including our API, data, and documentation, remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services according to these terms.
